Katraj to Sinhagad Night trek

Hi Friends

I've arranged a trek from Katraj to Sinhagad (20 km). This is a wonderful trek. There are seven mountains and few hills to cross. The trek is done by climbing to every hill top and descending down. This trek takes minimum 3.5 hours. However that is during cross country. We expect to complete the trek in 7 hours. We wish to start early because in case of any problem to trekkers, we may need to rest frequently. Also if we reach early we can rest for longer time. I'd suggest you to carry a walking stick and wear knee caps. They help a lot while descending, specially where the route is slippery. It is also very necessary to wear shoes with good grip. This trek tests your strength, stamina and endurance. So make sure you do some exercises( like jogging, walking, climbing staircase), for a week,  before you come for this trek.  This trek is not recommended for first time trekkers.
